Well done to all involved in the organisation of "A History of the Sacred Heart Church, Glounthaune - The Way we Were". Over 100 people attended the event which coincided with Culture Week. The Next event on the Calendar involves a tour of Ditchley House (The Radisson) sometime in November. Details will be posted here shortly.

Congratulations to Little Island Historical Society on their "Walk and Talk History" of the area which was attended by over 60 people at Carrigrennan on Sunday 20th May. The lecture, which was delivered by Mr. Paddy Twomey was the 2nd event in a series of public lectures planned by the recently reformed Historical Society
